Maka misi menguli doh bermula, dengan TRIO mixer,cheq  uli 30 minit saja. Doh jadi lembut dan elastik...macam Sifoo kata kalau terbalikkan bowl  doh x jatuh mmg cukup sifat. hehehe..

Syoknya... base doh lembut..menjadi pojaan hatiku.

Kelas Pizza dan Donut bersama Nor Jannah

9.11.2013 - Dengan semangat yang berkobaq-kobaq ,cheq bertolak utk menuntut ilmu dengan Nor Jannah. Nor Jannah menjadi idola cheq. Kagum dengan kegigihan beliau menjalankan perniagaan roti beliau di Sik. Menahan onak duri dan kerenah manusia,ada yg suka dan ada yg benci.

Semasa kelas beliau mencerita suka duka perniagaan. Kesedihannya amat dirasai. Cheq ni adalah org yg amat susah nak teriak atau ketawa. Tetapi Nor Jannah berjaya mencairkan hati cheq. Tersentuh cheq , mengalir juga ayer mata nie....Sedey sayu..apa yg beliau rasa cheq dpt rasa.

Beliau berkata," Biar kita susah di dunia tapi senang di akhirat".

Nor Jannah, Selamat Hari Lahir ,semoga diberkati,dimurahkan rezeki dan bahagia di samping keluarga.
